Rats & Mice Inspection

Unfortunately, putting up a “No rodents” sign won’t keep mice and rats away. They can’t read. However, knowing why they come inside in the first place can help with controlling them. Mice and Rats want what we have: food, water, and shelter. All it takes is a hole the size of a pencil eraser in some cases for these rodents to get into your home. If you see droppings anywhere in or around your home, or hear noises in your walls or attic, you may have a rodent problem.

If you know or suspect you have a mouse or rat problem give us a call. At James River, we’ll thoroughly inspect your home and property, and seal up all possible rodent entry points. We’ll also be on the look out for potential harborage areas and food sources. Then, we’ll treat as necessary to eliminate any current infestations.
